1. Description of Giveaway Offers.

Giveaways are sponsored by Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash, 6020 N. Decatur Blvd, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89031. The sponsor will award the prize (described herein under “Prize”) to a winner, selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The campaign hosted by Uncle Rayskis Magic Car Wash is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook or Instagram.

2. How to Enter.

For email address drawings, in-store entries may be submitted as follows:

* Visit any Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash locations (7235 N. Aliante Pkwy, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89084, 6020 North Decatur, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89031, 6775 N Durango Dr, Las Vegas, Nevada 89149, 4161 St Rose Parkway, Henderson, Nevada 89044), enter email address on secured electronic tablet at counter, no purchase required.

* Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash will use email information provided by entrants to mail Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash offers and discounts to them in the future. Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash will not sell or distribute entrants’ information to any outside party.

For social media giveaway drawings, online entries may be submitted as follows:

* As directed by a specific Giveaway promotion, entrants will like or follow @unclerayskis on Facebook or Instagram. One like or follow per entrant on either Facebook or Instagram.

* Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash will not sell or distribute entrants’ information to any outside party.

3. Giveaway Periods.

*” Enter Email to Win” In-Store and Online: Not applicable at this time.

* “Follow to Win” Social Media: Each Giveaway promotion begins on the first (1st) of each month, a random winner will be selected on the last Wednesday of each month (“Winner Wednesday”)

4. Eligibility.

No purchase is necessary to win. Giveaway is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including the District of Columbia). Employees of the Sponsor, its parents, subsidiaries, suppliers, and their immediate families are ineligible to win any prizes with the exception of the monthly “Follow to Win” social media Giveaway prizes. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decision of the Sponsor, which are final and binding.

5. Odds

The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Drawing and Awarding of Giveaway Prizes.

A random drawing will be made of all eligible and correctly submitted entries received during the Giveaway Period to select one (1) winner. Winner will be notified either by social media, phone or email within 3 (three) days of the drawing. Instructions to claim prizes will be included in the prize notifications. Winner must collect prize in person with a valid photo ID. Should the initial winner not respond or claim prize within 5 (five) days of selection, Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash reserves the right to disqualify winner and select a new prize winner. Prize is non-transferable, not eligible for cash redemption.

7. Description of Grand Prize and other Information.

  • $100 ARCO Pump Pass – Good for use at any Uncle Rayski’s location only (7235 N. Aliante Pkwy, North Las Vegas, Nevada, 89084, 6020 North Decatur, North Las Vegas, Nevada 89031, 6775 N Durango Dr, Las Vegas, Nevada 89149, 4161 St Rose Parkway, Henderson, Nevada 89044). Not valid at any other ARCO / AMPM. Prizes are not transferable, not redeemable for cash.

10. Winner Social Media Consent.

By entering email or social media giveaways, winner consents to their name and/or image to be used on Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash social media channels, email newsletters and marketing materials for past, present and future promotions at the sole discretion of Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash. This information will not be sold or shared with any outside parties, strictly for Uncle Rayski’s Magic Car Wash use.
